PAYMENT

Travel fees must be paid in full when booking. No deposits will be accepted. Payment will be deposited in a trust account governed by the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec. Quebec permit #703480.

SPECIAL NOTES

• A photocopy of your passport, which must be valid at least 6 months after the date of return from the trip, is required when booking or 3 months before departure at the latest, if it is being renewed.
• On this day, there is no mandatory vaccination for the destinations you are visiting. However, the Canadian government website does make recommendations in this regard, and it is therefore strongly recommended that you consult a health care professional for vaccination or visit a travel health clinic 6 to 8 weeks before you travel.
• Please kindly prepare a valid travel document, such as a Visa, for your destination.
• In case of force majeure, including but not limited to: war, strike, riot, crime, or any event described by the legal term of force majeure (hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), Voyages Polaris reserves the right to modify the itinerary and/or visit(s) at its discretion, and additional costs arising there from may be charged to pertinent travellers.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event of cancellation initiated by Voyages Polaris, all amounts paid will be refunded in full, without delay.
In the event of cancellation by a traveller, the following conditions shall apply:
• From the date of reservation up to 91 days prior to the departure, administration fees of 50% of the total amount per person will be charged.
• 90 days or less prior to the departure: paid amounts are not refundable, nor transferrable.
The day of departure is not included in the cancellation period. The travel insurance premium is not refundable.

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE

Voyages Polaris strongly suggests you purchasing travel insurance. We are representatives of the companies Manulife and Croix Bleue

Before booking the trip, please make sure you have a vaccination passport. Voyages Polaris disclaims all responsibility for any loss due to the absence of a vaccination passport.
